WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation terms:
45-60 days prior to arrival - 75% refund
30-44 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
15-29 days prior to arrival - 25% refund
14 days or less from arrival - No refund
Cancellations when the rental period falls over holidays and peak seasons are subject to NO REFUND if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
Children and babies are welcome. A highchair, Pack N Play and sheets are provided in the closet for use. The home is not baby proofed in terms of electrical outlets and cabinet locks.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
This is a NO PET resort. Service animals that provide a specific medical service are welcome with the appropriate paperwork.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
There is a cleaning fee of $120 applied to every reservation along with 13.5% Florida/Osceola County tax.
